How to place your order
In order to keep prices as low as possible, all orders must be placed through our website. For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can use PayPal to pay for your order.
Sales tax
Items sold for delivery in the state of Texas, including shipping charges, are subject to sales tax. (Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts).
Returns
Some items are non-returnable, and those that are, must be in new, resalable condition. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If we make a mistake and send you the wrong book, we will pay for the return postage and waive the restocking fee.
Returned items must be packed in a padded envelope or box to prevent damage. Return merchandise to the address shown below within 30 days of order. Include a copy of the packing slip so we can process your return.
Backorders
We make every effort to stock enough inventory so backorders are kept to a minimum. However, from time to time, a title may be unavailable due to high sales or limited availability from suppliers. We ship backorders as soon as we receive the product. You will be notified via email in case of a backorder.
